Painting is something I really enjoy because its a very flowing and smooth type of media to work with. The downside to it is that when you make a mistake there is almost nothing you can do about it except paint over it. Unlike water colour when you can immediately get rid of you're mistake. The planning of this project was very good. I knew what I had to do very easily. First I had to draw the dancers, paint the background and finally paint the dancers. This piece of art made me feel very happy. I really liked  the bright yellows against the dark greens  which I think is very calming. I chose this piece of art because it was very easy for me to relate it to myself because I dance  on a regular basis. Most pieces of art that I make have  personal references  for me and will have some important connection to me. The painting style is very free but at the same time the lines are very sharp and percise.
